In your Research Paper, be sure to describe the social issue and the social movement. What are the issues of power, oppression, exclusion, …) , How have activists addressed this issue in the past? In what ways have they been successful or not? What challenges, obstacles, or successes have they faced? Or if you are talking about a future social movement, how could activists address this issue? Your research papers should be 8-10 pages –typed, double spaced with 12-point font and 1-inch margins.
2. For your research paper, include an Annotated Bibliography. A bibliography is a list of sources used in your paper. An annotation is a note that gives a summary and/or an evaluation of that source; it describes how/why this source is useful to your paper. You should include at least 8 sources in your bibliography. Your annotations should be 3-6 sentences, approximately 150 words. For your annotated bibliography, choose with citation style (MLA, APA Chicago) you are most comfortable with.
